1 C. uncooked rice
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
1 t. salt
2 T. oil
1 sprig cilantro
1 small can tomato sauce
water to cover
Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Brown garlic with salt. Add rice. Stir and pan fry until most of the rice is opaque. Add tomato sauce. Stir. Be prepared to quickly add 2 cans of water. Put rice in rice cooker and add water. Add cilantro sprig on top, and start rice cooker.
