1 C. long grain rice
2 C. sweet rice
2 cans chicken broth
6 dried black mushrooms, washed
¼ C. dried shrimp, washed
3-4 Chinese sausages, steam and dice
3-4 green onions, chopped
½ C. cilantro, washed and chopped
¼ C. pine nuts, roasted
1 C. frozen peas, thawed and drained
3 T. light soy sauce
oyster sauce to taste
Clean rice. Soak along with washed black mushrooms and dried shrimp in chicken broth for two hours.
After soaking, take out the mushrooms and shrimp, then dice into small pieces. Put back into rice and broth and cook in rice pot. Once rice is done, mix in rest of ingredients. Add oyster sauce to taste.
