1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces (about 13 pieces)
cooking oil (to 3-inch height)
flour to cover
salt and pepper to taste
Heat up cooking oil about 3” high. Salt and pepper chicken. Put flour in small brown lunch bag. Put in 3 to 4 chicken pieces at a time and shake. Take chicken pieces out of bag and fry to a golden brown on both sides. Drain chicken on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
