2 cups pre-cooked Chicken Breasts (strips)
1 med. Carrot
½ cup BBQ Sauce (bottled or home-made)
1 loaf French Bread (split & toasted)
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
In medium saucepan, heat chicken, carrot, and BBQ sauce over medium heat until bubbly. Spoon chicken mix to bottom half of bread loaf. Top with cheese and place on baking sheet. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes (until cheese melts). Cover with bread top and cut into pieces.
Makes 5 servings.
