5 celery hearts, sliced diagonally
2 t. cloud ears soaked in warm water (1 hour)
½ lb. fresh pork, sliced
light soy, oil, chicken broth, salt to taste
cornstarch made to a watery paste
After the c;loud ears have completely expanded, rinse thoroughly to remove sand. Stir fry sliced pork marinated in light soy and some oil. Continue stirring until done. Add celery hearts, ½ cup chicken broth, and some salt to taste. Continue stirring for a short while. Add cloud ears and stir for 1 minute. Add cornstarch mixture, cook for 1 more minute until sauce thickened.
