3 10 oz. pkg. broccoli
3½ C. cooked boneless chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C. mayonnaise
1 t. lemon juice
½ C. grated cheese
2 slices of bread, toasted and buttered for bread crumbs
Steam broccoli until tender. Drain broccoli; Arrange stalks in a a buttered 9” x 13" dish. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. To make bread crumbs, grate the toast. Sprinkle on top of cheese.
Bake at 350˚ for 25-30 minutes.
