Rainbow Jello

7        envelopes Knox gelatin

5        3 oz pkgs of different small Jello (eg. black cherry, lime, lemon, orange, strawberry)

1         can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

          water (cold and boiling)

In each of 5 bowls, add ¼ C. cold water and 1 pkg. Knox.  After dissolving, add 1 C. boiling water and 1 small pkg Jello.

In larger bowl, add ½ C. cold water and 2 envelopes Knox.  After dissolving, add 1½ C. boiling water.  When cool, add 1 can condensed milk.

Spray 9”x13” pyrex dish with Pam.  Measure 4 equal parts of milk mixture.  Pour black cherry, refrigerate approx 10 minutes.  Then pour 1 part milk, refrigerate 10+ minutes.  Alternate.  Pour Jello onto spoon for each layer to prevent holes.
