1 pkg. Knox gelatin
¼ C. cold water
¾ C. boiling water
1/3 C. sugar
1 C. milk
1 t. almond extract
Soften gelatin in ¼ cup cold water. Add ¾ cup boiling water and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Pour in milk and almond extract. Mix well. Put in cake pan and chill. Cut into 1” cubes.
