3/4 C. margarine or butter
1/2 C. white sugar
1-1 /2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Cream the above ingredients, then add:
1-1 /2 C. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
Stir in:
2 C. oatmeal (quick oats)
1 C. coconut
1 C. chopped nuts
Bake at 375˚ 10-12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
