Kerinda’s General Conference Raisin Cinnamon Rolls

Use Basic Roll Dough (1/2 recipe) - recipe located in "Other" section

¼        C. sugar

1         t. cinnamon

2        T. butter, melted

¼        C. raisins

          Confectioner’s Icing


Confectioner’s Icing

Add light cream to 2 Cups sifted confectioner’s sugar for spreading consistency.  Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 16”x18” rectangle.  Mix sugar and cinnamon; add butter.  Spread over dough.  Sprinkle with raisins.  Roll starting with long edge.  Cut in 1 inch slices.  Place cut side down, in greased 9”x9”x2” pan.  Cover; let rise in warm place until double, 30-45 minutes.  Bake at 375˚ for 20 minutes.  Remove from pan.  Frost with Confectioner’s Icing.

Makes 16 rolls.
