2 C. flour
2 C. rolled oats
1 C. coconut
1 C. margarine
2 T. Karo syrup
¼ t. ginger
¼ t. cinnamon
1¼ C. sugar
3 T. baking soda
1 egg
Cream margarine; add sugar, then cream together. Add egg and syrup. In another bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Combine margarine/sugar mixture with dry ingredients. Roll in balls about 1" around. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350˚.
