1 cup Self-Rising Flour
2 ripe bananas
1 Egg
1 cup milk
1 T. Sugar
2 T. Cooking Oil
dash Salt, dash Vanilla Extract
In a large bowl, mash up the peeled bananas with a fork. Pour in the Milk. Mix in beaten egg. Add Sugar, Salt, Vanilla Extract. Pour in Flour while mixing ingredients in bowl. Add Cooking Oil and mix until oil streaks disappear. On medium heat, pour 1 ladle of mix into frying pan. Flip over when bubbles form all over pancake. Adjust heat as needed.
