3 T. flour
1½ C. Cornmeal
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1/3 C. oil or butter
½ t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 to 1/2 C. milk
1 8-oz. can cream style corn
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a cake pan at 425˚ until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
