Corn Bread
1 C. flour
1 C. yellow corn meal
¼ C. sugar
4 t. baking powder
¾ t. salt
2 eggs
1 C. milk
¼ C. oil
Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Beat just till smooth (do not overbeat). Turn into a greased 9” x 9” x 2” baking pan. Bake at 425˚ for 20-25 minutes.
