Zucchini Bread #2

3        C. grated zucchini

4        eggs

3        C. sugar

1½      cup vegetable oil

3        T. vanilla

3        T. cinnamon

1½      t. salt

1½      t. baking soda

½        t. baking powder

4½      C. flour

Beat eggs.  Add oil, sugar and vanilla.  Sift dry ingredients, then add to wet ingredients.  Add zucchini, mix well. 

Bake in greased and floured pans at 350˚ for 1 hour.   Makes 3 loaves.
