Green Salsa
8-10 tomatillos
½ yellow onion
1 clove garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper
3 T. olive oil
1 chicken bullion cube
Puree first five ingredients in blender or food processor. Combine puree and remaining ingredients in sauce pan and cook just until heated through. Do not boil. Remove and serve at once.
Can be served with tacos, enchiladas, chips etc.
