2 boxes golden yellow cake mix
1 large container Cool Whip topping
1 can crushed pineapple
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
Combine both boxes of cake mix and prepare as directed and at temperature listed on the box. Bake cake in one large sheet pan or two 9”x12” pans. While cake is in oven, prepare vanilla pudding as directed. Let cake cool thoroughly before adding topping. Spread vanilla pudding over the top of cake, follow with a layer of drained, crushed pineapple, top with layer of cool whip.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes two 9 x 12 pans or 1 large sheet pan
